Heath O'Brien is a Senior Bioinformatician at Sano Genetics since March 2022, with previous experience as a Bioinformatician at Theolytics and Living DNA, and as a Research Associate at Cardiff University, focusing on neuropsychiatric genetics. Heath O'Brien holds a Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Alberta.
