Lucy joined Sanne in 2016. As Head of Jersey Corporate Services, Lucy acts as client director for a multi-faceted portfolio of corporate and institutional clients and leads the Jersey team.
Lucy has extensive experience in delivering professional governance and administration services to a broad range of clients and structures. With a career spanning over 12 years in international financial services, Lucy has an expansive background in corporate restructuring, M&A, complex tax structuring, the sourcing and procuring of corporate finance, transaction management, real estate and executive incentive schemes.
