Carlos Romero Sato is an experienced professional in the field of quality engineering and product development, currently serving as the NPI Director at Sanmina since October 2014. Previous roles include Quality Engineering at Flextronics from March 2013 to October 2014, Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Johnson Controls / Avanzar Interior Technologies from January 2012 to March 2013, and NPI Quality Manager at Flextronics from June 2006 to January 2012. Carlos has also held positions as a Six Sigma Quality Leader at Rockwell Automation and Quality Engineer at Universal Scientific Industrial de Mexico S.A. de C.V. between June 2003 and June 2006. Carlos Romero Sato holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, completed from 1997 to 2001, and further education at Breakthrough Management Group University and Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey from 2004 to 2005.
