Bhaskaran Nateshan has a diverse range of work experience in the chemical industry. Bhaskaran is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Sanmar Group since June 2019. Previously, they worked as an Advisor at P T Sulfindo Adiusaha from June 2016 to December 2018.

From August 2009 to July 2015, Bhaskaran held the position of Executive Vice President Downstream Business at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations at TFL Quinn India from April 2007 to August 2009, overseeing manufacturing and maintenance for two units in Hyderabad.

Bhaskaran also served as the General Manager - Technical at Aditya Birla Chemicals Thailand from December 2003 to April 2007, and as the Head of Production at Alexandria Carbon Black from June 1998 to April 2000.

Before joining Alexandria Carbon Black, Bhaskaran worked as a Principle Engineer at UHDE India in 1997.

Overall, Bhaskaran Nateshan has held various leadership and managerial roles within the chemical industry, gaining extensive expertise in operations, technical management, and production.

Bhaskaran Nateshan completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering from A C College of Technology from 1980 to 1984. Bhaskaran also obtained a B.tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University during the same period. Bhaskaran pursued their education in the field of Chemical Engineering at A C College of Technology for four years, from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BTech degree.
