Ivan Cutrufello is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Investor Relations, Finance and M&A Manager at Sanlorenzo Yacht since April 2023, Ivan has previously held significant roles, including Vice President of Investment Banking at Intesa Sanpaolo and Investment Banking Associate at BANCA IMI S.P.A. Prior experience includes working at EY as a Corporate Finance Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services and as a Structured Finance Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB. Ivan's educational background includes an MSc in Finance from Università Bocconi, a BSc in Economics and Finance from the same institution, and further studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
