Roy Kruger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property consultancy, strategic asset management, and financial advising. Currently serving as the Director of Properties - Strategy and Asset Management at LEFEFA (Pty) Ltd since April 2013, Roy provides strategic advice to developers and landlords, oversees lease negotiations, and optimizes property portfolios. Roy also works as a Financial Advisor at Sanlam, offering wealth management and financial advice. Previous roles include Regional Asset Manager for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Property Business Partner at Absa Bank, Retail Development Consultant at Broll Property Group, and Leasing Manager for the Carlton Centre at Transnet. Roy holds an Ndip in Real Estate from the University of Johannesburg.
