Matt Allegrucci is an accomplished legal and compliance professional, currently serving as the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Compliance & Risk Management at Daiichi Sankyo since March 2024. Prior to this role, Allegrucci held the position of Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. from November 2012 to March 2024, after serving as Deputy General Counsel and US Head of the Legal Affairs Department from July 2002 to October 2012. Additionally, Allegrucci has experience as Divisional Counsel overseeing the Global R&D Division and has worked as Senior Counsel and Corporate Attorney at Otsuka from October 1996 to June 2002. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business from the University of Scranton.
