Dr. Louis Arul-Doss holds a BE, PMP, and MBA and has extensive experience in information technology and program management. They served as the Director of Information Technology for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts since 2022. Previously, they held senior roles including Sr. Program Manager & Enterprise Application Architect at ACS - A Xerox Company and Asst. Chief Information Officer at the County of Riverside. Dr. Arul-Doss has also contributed to the Project Management Institute Chapter of Inland Empire as Vice President of Professional Development.
