John Montgomery possesses extensive experience in senior leadership and strategic development within the food and beverage industry. Currently, John serves as the Executive General Manager for Group Strategy & Advanced Nutrition Unit at Sanitarium since 2011, while also overseeing Corporate Projects and Senior Leadership Development. Prior to this, John held key positions at Campbell Arnott’s as General Manager for Arnott's Biscuits ANZ, Dairy Farmers Milk Co-operative, and various leadership roles at Nestlé and its subsidiaries, spanning sales, marketing, and general management. John holds a Master's degree in Business Coaching from the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Law from Lancaster University. Additional executive education has been completed at prestigious institutions, including the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, INSEAD, and IMD, enhancing John’s capabilities in leadership and strategic management.
