JEN Fraser is an experienced professional in IT business engagement and innovation, currently serving as the Manager, IT Business Engagement and IT Business Partner at Sanitarium since October 2021. Prior to this role, JEN held various positions at Central Coast Council from June 2016 to May 2021, including Section Manager Innovation & Futures, where responsibilities included leading the Innovation & Improvement department to foster growth through a customer-focused and data-driven approach. JEN also served as a Senior IT Business Partner, driving innovative change and overseeing a diverse portfolio that encompassed business improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Previously, JEN worked as a Senior IT Business Analyst and PMO Business Analyst at VENTIS, and held marketing roles at Clear Channel UK and ITV. JEN holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of the West of Scotland and a Prosci Change Management Certification acquired in 2019.
