Dimitra Giagtzoglou is an experienced professional in the fields of food and beverage management, procurement, and production supervision. Dimitra has held various roles, including F&B Cost Controller and F&B Controller at SANI RESORT, as well as positions at Paralia S.A. as a Procurement Specialist and at Ikos Resorts as an FF&E Assistant. Additional experience includes serving as a Micros & Twinsoft Software POS Officer and a Production Supervisor at Spitze Sportswear Manufacture. Academically, Dimitra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Technological Educational Institute of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and has pursued studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.
