SengChun Y. has been a Technical Account Manager at Sangfor Technologies since February 2018, where responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact for premium customers and providing dedicated support. SengChun also serves as a Technical Product Specialist focusing on products such as Sangfor IAG, CC, SASE, and XDR, handling complex issues as part of Tier 3 support and collaborating with the R&D team to enhance product performance. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Network Engineer, Network Engineer, and Sales Assistant at ALL IT Hypermarket Sdn. Bhd. SengChun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Campbell University and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, as well as a Diploma in Information Technology from the same institution.
