Jean Kelley, RACR, currently serves as a Lead Sourcing Specialist and Sourcing Supervisor at Sanford Health since March 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing sourcing workflows, addressing sourcing issues, and enhancing the hiring process. Additionally, Jean has prior experience at Good Samaritan Society in a similar role and spent nearly a decade at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as a Client Service Coordinator. Earlier experience includes working as an Employee Relations Representative at Multi Service/TreviPay, with a focus on recruitment and employee training. Jean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from The University of Kansas and an Associate of Arts from Johnson County Community College.
