Adarsh Rajesh is a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Sciences at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute since September 2020, following a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California San Diego from January 2020 to September 2020. Adarsh's expertise includes single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing analysis, differential expression analysis, and machine learning techniques such as random forests and neural networks. Prior research experience includes working at the Hao Lab and an internship at Adams lab within Sanford Burnham Prebys. Notably, Adarsh contributed to research and development at KU Leuven and developed imaging interfaces at the Indian Institute of Science. Educational credentials encompass a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Adarsh also co-founded oddJobz, a startup aimed at connecting service providers with users.
