Lauren Clarke is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and coordination. Currently serving as the HR Recruitment Lead at Sandwell College, Lauren has previously held positions such as Senior Recruiter for Deloitte Consulting and Boeing Military & Defense at AMS, and RPO Recruiter for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games with Gi Group. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions, and onsite coordinator and administrator at Pertemps Network Group.
