Sofia Sirvell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology strategy within various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Group CDO at Sandvik since September 2021, Sofia oversees the digitalization of E2E processes and enhances customer and employee experiences while advancing digital solutions for productivity, sustainability, and security. Prior to this role, Sofia held multiple positions at H&M from 2006 to 2021, culminating in the role of Deputy CTO, where responsibilities included overseeing group tech transformation and strategy. Sofia's career also includes project management roles at companies such as ICA and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has completed psychology courses at Stockholms universitet.
