Magnus Malmström is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions since March 2021, where the focus is on simplifying manufacturing through digital solutions. Alongside this role, Magnus serves on the supervisory boards of Polytech and EVA Global, providing tech and IoT advisory on sustainable wind turbine solutions and advancing eMobility initiatives, respectively. Previous leadership positions include CEO of Nexus Group and Vice President of Products & Delivery, where significant contributions to identity security were achieved. Earlier roles at ASSA ABLOY Group and InnoPath Software involved product marketing and sales direction, with a focus on mobile access and innovative technologies. Magnus holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis from Umeå University and completed the Sandvik Executive Leadership Program at IMD.
