Gulsah Sengun is a seasoned sales and strategy professional with extensive experience in global sales management and operational efficiency enhancement. Currently serving as the Head of Global Sales - Distributors at Sandvik since April 2019, Gulsah Sengun excels in architecting strategic frameworks for over 100 distributors worldwide, focusing on performance monitoring and resource optimization. Previously, Gulsah Sengun held the role of Strategy & Projects Manager at Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri from April 2015 to March 2019, leading initiatives to foster customer-centric operations and improve overall agility through digital transformation. Prior experience includes building a successful sales department as Country Sales Manager at ENKA Pazarlama and various engineering roles at TEMSA and Ford Otosan. Gulsah Sengun holds an Executive MBA from Koç University, an Executive Education Exchange Programme from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
