Rowan Hill is a seasoned professional with a strong background in education and program development. Currently serving as Empowerment Director at Sandstone Care since February 2017, Rowan focuses on staff alignment with organizational values and recruitment efforts. Previous roles at Sandstone include Alumni and Operations Coordinator and Business Development Coordinator, contributing significantly to alumni support and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes educational roles at Denver Public Schools and Durango School District 9-R, as well as leadership positions in wilderness therapy and outdoor education.
