We build the foundation for hiring at early stage startups (pre-seed through series B).  Rather than hiring one generalist recruiter or multiple agencies, we provide a hybrid option: access to a pod of fractional specialists managed by a Recruiting & People Lead.

In addition to running interviews for each search, we also handle:

- Set Up & Manage: ATS, referral program, careers page content, hiring team workspace, comp philosophy, playbooks, hiring roadmap, and educating hiring managers on best practices (read: how to hire effectively)

- Pre-Search: job descriptions, facilitating interview design, global salary research

- Post-Search: preparing offer decks and letters, sending contracts, reference and background checks, onboarding
