Krissy Velleca, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving at S&P USA Ventilation Systems, LLC since July 2011. In this role, Krissy identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting HR functions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and reporting. Krissy also engages in recruitment, conducts initial HR interviews, administers tests, and provides recommendations on hiring decisions.
