Željko Ristić is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and IT automation. Currently serving as the Head of the IT Automation Team at XLAB since August 2022, Željko oversees multiple project teams, manages project risks, and ensures the achievement of organizational objectives while maintaining quality standards. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Agitavit Solutions, where Željko focused on business process analysis and IT solutions for energy companies, and Head of IT Department at TomPIT, responsible for setting departmental strategies. Earlier career experiences include project management at Metronik for EU Falsified Medicines Directive solutions, as well as development roles at 3TAV d.o.o. and ISKRAEMECO ENERGY MEASUREMENT. Željko holds a Master of Science in Business Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications.
