Tadej Magajna is currently serving as the Global Associate Director of Analytics, Data Science & AI at Sandoz since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tadej held positions at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II specializing in natural language processing and machine learning applications, and at OpenCapacity as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer leading a team in public transport capacity estimation. Previous experience includes work as a Data Scientist at Streetbees, a Backend Developer at ResDiary, a Research Project Software Engineer at Jozef Stefan Institute, and a Full Stack Engineer at Contactmusic.com, among others. Tadej holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana and a Bachelor's degree from UP FAMNIT.
