Marcelo Martins Ramos is an experienced IT Program Lead currently working with Sandoz on the HCM M&A Program and previously served as Director of Global Client Success and Director of Client Experience LATAM at Degreed. Marcelo held various significant roles at IBM as LATAM Talent & Transformation Associate Partner and at H2R Services Consulting as Managing Director/HR Technology Lead, where contributions included consulting for multinational companies on digital technology implementations. Additional experience includes senior HR leadership positions at Santander Brasil and Novartis, focusing on HR technology strategy and service delivery.
