Manja Moder is a QA Senior Manager with extensive experience in quality assurance roles across prominent organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently at Sandoz since July 2023, Manja has held senior management positions in various operations, including Sandoz Development Center SI and STO Aseptics Operations. Prior experience includes serving as QA Senior Manager for NTO Aseptics Operations at Novartis from January 2022 to June 2023, as well as a long tenure at Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, where Manja was the Head of Laboratory and Quality Manager until 2015. Manja began the professional career at Kemijski Inštitut - National Institute of Chemistry in roles ranging from Junior Researcher to Senior QC Analyst. Educationally, Manja holds a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemometrics, and Quality Assurance, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Ljubljana, alongside earlier educational experiences in chemistry and general education.
