Leon Elcock has a diverse work experience in logistics and operations management. Leon started their career in 2000 at Amazon.com as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire fulfillment process. Leon then worked at W.W. Grainger as an Outbound Operations Manager, managing a large team and overseeing order fulfillment. In 2003, they became a Regional General Manager at Con-Way Air Express. Later, in 2005, they joined Campbell Soup Company as a Sr. Manager Logistics Optimization, where they managed distribution for North American businesses. Finally, they worked at Sandoz as an Associate Director of Reverse Logistics and later became the Head of Reverse Logistics. Overall, Leon has built a strong background in logistics and management throughout their career.

Leon Elcock holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Leon has also obtained several certifications, including "Inclusive Leadership," "De-stress: Meditation and Movement for Stress Management," and "Managing Stress for Positive Change" from LinkedIn in 2020.
