Alessandro Valentini is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Global HR Head COO at Sandoz since January 2018, Alessandro has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head HR for Biopharma Development and Commercial, and Head HR for Legal, Compliance, and Business Development. Prior to this, Alessandro worked at Novartis as HR Head for Solids & Special Technologies NTO QA from July 2016 to December 2017. Alessandro began their career at Sandoz in 2007 and progressed through roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Specialist. Alessandro's initial experience includes a brief tenure at Tyco as a Stagiaire in Human Resources and a role as Junior Consultant at Antal International. Alessandro holds a degree in Economics, Human Resources, and Organization from Università Bocconi, completed in 2007.
