Mira Bajer is an experienced finance and operations leader with a strong background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Global Finance IT Operations at Sandoz Czech Republic, Mira Bajer is responsible for establishing Global Technology IT Operations for approximately 100 finance applications and successfully managing the operations of the Statutory Financial Consolidation & Reporting application landscape. Previously, Mira Bajer held the position of Lead Consultant at Novartis, where strategies were implemented to enhance team capacity significantly. Prior roles include Global Salesforce Automation Lead, Regional Customer Success and Product Lead, and Customer Success Team Lead at NielsenIQ, demonstrating a consistent record of optimizing processes and driving revenue growth. Mira Bajer also has consulting experience from Deloitte and operational leadership experience from O2 Arena, showcasing a versatile tenure across various sectors.
