Trish Lacombe currently serves as a Franchise Implementation professional at Sandler since November 2016, where responsibilities include building and executing corporate initiatives to support franchise revenue growth. Prior to this role, Trish was the Director of Client Success, focusing on client retention and personalized relationship-building to enhance client experiences. Trish has extensive experience in real estate as a Realtor® and Accredited Staging Professional® at Hearthside Realty from 2007 to 2016, and held management positions at Geisel Library, Federated Department Stores/Macys, Creative Optics Inc., Liberty Mutual Group, and Macys Inc. Trish holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with a minor in Business from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
