Guy Owen is a Partner at Sanderson Weatherall in the Manchester Office since August 2018, specializing in dilapidations, development monitoring for lenders, commercial property insurance, contract administration, commercial property due diligence, and traditional building surveys. Prior to this role, Guy served as an Associate Partner and Chartered Building Surveyor, focusing on commercial and institutional building consultancy across the UK. Additionally, Guy has been an RICS APC Assessor since November 2016. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Building Surveyor at Rapleys, where services were provided to key private sector and FTSE100 PLC clients, and positions as a Building Surveyor at Mason Owen and an Assistant Building Surveyor at Aedas and Denton Clark & Co. Educational qualifications include a Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management from the Total Excellence Centre, a Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, and a degree in Building Surveying Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
