Chisom Okpara is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in talent development and recruitment. Currently managing operations at Mono since December 2020, Chisom previously served at Andela from July 2018 to May 2020 as a Senior Associate and Associate in Talent Development Operations, overseeing recruitment processes across multiple countries and facilitating the expansion of boot camp programs to Rwanda. Earlier roles include a Talent Acquisition Intern at Access Bank Plc, where recruitment procedures were redesigned, and a Research and Development Intern at Project Alert, focused on documenting and analyzing cases. Chisom holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, completed in 2016.
