Jude D'souza is an accomplished Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently, at Sanathan Textiles Limited since October 2021, Jude has successfully implemented a compliance tool. Previous roles include serving as a Corporate Secretarial Administrator at Tata Communications, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations, drafting the Annual Report, and managing compliance for international subsidiaries across 54 countries. Earlier experience includes acting as Company Secretary and Compliance Risk Manager at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd, overseeing compliance and risk management for the group. Jude began the career as a Management Trainee at N.L. Bhattia and Associates.
