Thomas Hain is a seasoned Network Design Engineer currently working at o2 Germany since July 1998, where responsibilities include serving as a senior core network and voice services design engineer, and leading the technical aspects of VoLTE introduction. Expertise encompasses mobile voice services design, mobile core network planning, technical contract negotiations, and vendor relations. Prior experience at T-Mobile included creating specifications for Intelligent Network services and implementing IN services. Education includes a Diplom Ingenieur in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich, obtained in 1996.
