James Olinya is a skilled technical leader and software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Technical Lead at Sana, James successfully led a team to launch a complete product suite within seven months while overseeing the entire technical development cycle. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Speechmatics®, where James improved code reliability and platform performance, and Linum Labs, where James focused on blockchain technology and Web3 applications. As Engineering Manager at Blusalt Financial Services Limited and Youverify, James designed and implemented key platforms while significantly enhancing system performance and scalability. An intern at MENDFY, James contributed to the development of a car maintenance platform, benefiting numerous users. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Nigeria and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Aston University.
