Sibel LAFCI is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and management, currently serving as a QA Specialist at SAN TSG since July 2024. Previously, Sibel held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at both EyeCheckup and URAL Telekom from 2021 to 2024, where responsibilities included conducting ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems activities, preparing quality documentation, and overseeing internal and external audits. Sibel also worked as an ISO 13485 Quality Management Representative and Project Engineer, demonstrating expertise in quality performance analysis and corrective actions. Prior experience includes roles as an SAP Business Analyst at Penti A.Ş and Performance Engineer at Cigir Kimya San. ve Tic AS., showcasing a strong background in both engineering and information systems. Sibel earned a Licence degree in Mathematical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Anadolu University.
