Buen Faustino currently serves as the Proprietor of ABC Homes and Insurance since March 2020, specializing in the brokerage of condo projects, houses, and non-life insurance products. In addition, Buen Faustino holds the position of Human Resource Head at San Miguel Corporation and has been a Recruitment Consultant at Carter Wellington since July 2019. Buen Faustino has been an Associate Consultant at HRManagement & Business Solutions, Inc. since October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad Isabel I (2020-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in AB Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas (1997-2002).
