Kendal Roark has over two decades of experience in the field of assessment and appraisal, currently serving as Assessment Manager and Chief Appraiser at San Juan County since July 1999. Prior to this role, Kendal worked as a Sales Representative at Alltel Wireless from 1993 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management obtained from New Mexico Highlands University between 2003 and 2005, as well as an Associate's Degree in the same field from San Juan College in Farmington, NM, completed from 1992 to 2003.
