Howard Randall has extensive experience in assessment and business ownership. Since January 2003, Howard has served as the Assessor for San Juan County, demonstrating expertise in property evaluation and taxation. Prior to this role, Howard was the owner of Motor Parts Co., a NAPA Jobber, from 1975 until December 2002, where business management and customer service were key responsibilities.
