Brandon Stieber, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Unit Manager for Special Facilities at San Jose Water since July 2015. In this role, Brandon manages civil engineering design projects focused on improving water infrastructure, including water storage tanks, pump stations, and groundwater production systems. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Senior Civil Engineer and Senior Associate Engineer, contributing to various capital improvement projects and land development initiatives at Ruth and Going, Inc. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2006, and is a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California.
