Daysy Arellano is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Dean of Students at East Side Union High School District since August 2024, and as an Assistant Principal at San José Unified School District since August 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at Rocketship Public Schools, School Principal Resident at Waltham Public Schools, and teacher positions at KIPP NYC and Lighthouse Academies.
