Hildy Shandell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal, financial, and operational roles, dedicated to empowering women navigating divorce through their role as Chief Executive Officer at The Divorce Whisperer since March 2015. Hildy co-founded IgniteJustice in July 2020, addressing public safety issues with a coalition of Silicon Valley CEOs. Hildy also serves on the Board of Trustees at Aim High and the San Jose Museum of Art, where innovative governance and community engagement have been prioritized. Hildy has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Solarelle LLC, Kokko Inc., and Numecent, where strategic operations and growth have been key focuses. Hildy holds a JD from Temple University and a BA in Sociology and Government from Lehigh University.
