James Heard is an experienced event and communication professional currently serving as the Senior Event and Communication Coordinator at San José Clinic since January 2023. Previously, James held the position of Director of Special Events at H Town Restaurant Group from March 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing all events and catering operations for the organization. Additionally, James worked as an Event/Catering Coordinator and Assistant General Manager at Caracol from October 2013 to March 2018, managing tasks such as training, customer relations, and event planning.
