Lori Mitchell, P.E. has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry. Lori served as the Director for San Jos¨¦ Clean Energy since November 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, including Director of Power Procurement & Scheduling, Renewables, and Energy Efficiency from January 2015 to October 2017. Lori also worked as a Manager for Renewable Generation and Power Procurement from March 2012 to December 2014 and as a Manager for Renewable Generation from September 2007 to March 2012. Before their time at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, they were a Senior Engineer at SunPower Corporation from January 1999 to June 2007. Lori began their career as a Staff member at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in 1998.

Lori Mitchell, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Cal Poly Humboldt and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University.
