Sandra Walle is a Clinical Operations Policy Analyst at San Francisco Health Plan and an Emerging Leaders of Color Fellow at the National Academy for State Health Policy. Previously, Sandra served as a Community Based Services Specialist and Quality Improvement Coordinator at Santa Clara Family Health Plan. Prior experience includes a Strategic Initiatives & Projects Consulting Internship at Kaiser Permanente, where process improvement methodologies were applied, and various roles at the University of California, Berkeley, including Student Facilitator at the School of Public Health and Resident Assistant. Early in their career, Sandra held leadership positions and developed healthcare training programs at Alameda Health System and contributed significantly as a Health Advocate. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, with minors in Public Health and Spanish Literature.
