Kaitlyn Zink is an accomplished guest services professional currently serving as the Manager of Guest Services for the San Francisco Giants since March 2023. Previous experiences include holding positions such as Assistant Manager of Guest Services with the Sacramento Kings and various roles at the Golden State Warriors, including Special Events Assistant, Guest Experience Supervisor, and Arena Operations. Kaitlyn has also worked with organizations such as the Oakland Raiders and Oakland Athletics, focusing on premium guest experiences and stadium events. Early career experiences include roles at To Write Love On Their Arms and the Women's Center at UC Santa Barbara, where Kaitlyn engaged in research and outreach related to mental health and violence intervention. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, where education was completed between 2010 and 2015.
