Holly Pickett is an experienced sports performance professional currently serving as the Head of Sports Performance at San Diego Wave Fútbol Club since March 2024. Prior to this role, Holly held positions including Head of Performance for Aston Villa Women FC from June 2021 to March 2024, and 1st Team Strength and Conditioning Coach for Birmingham City Women's Football Club from March 2019 to May 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Oxford United Football Club as Head of Academy Sport Science and U18s Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2013 to 2019, as well as early career experience as a COE Strength and Conditioning Coach/Sport Science intern. Holly's educational background includes a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from Oxford Brookes University.
