Gary Bousquet has extensive experience in civil engineering and management, with a career spanning several decades. Currently, Gary serves as the President of Bousquet Engineering Solutions, Ltd. since July 2023. Prior to this, Gary held various positions at San Diego County Water Authority from May 1999 to the present, including Interim Assistant General Manager and Director of Engineering. Previous roles include Project Manager at MacDonald Stephens, Inc. and Civil Engineer at Malcolm Pirnie. Gary began their career as a Junior Engineer at SEA Consultants. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
