Nick Ossello is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both business development and sports. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Engineered Structures, Inc., Nick focuses on building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. As a Co-Founder of Secondslide, Nick is passionate about the impact of youth sports on personal development. Nick also hosts a podcast and writes for Inside Lacrosse, sharing insights from a playing career that included roles as an athlete in the Premier Lacrosse League, Denver Outlaws, and National Lacrosse League. Previously, Nick held positions as a Sales Manager at Adrenaline Lacrosse and Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the United States Air Force Academy, where strategic coaching contributions were made. Nick’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
