Bailey Steinway, MPH, is an experienced service coordinator with a strong background in public health and developmental services. Currently serving at San Diego-Imperial Counties Developmental Services Inc. since July 2019, Bailey is responsible for assessing the needs of clients with developmental disabilities, leading the development and implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPPs), and advocating for services. Previous roles include Health Educator at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, where Bailey developed community education programs and conducted health presentations, and Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, focusing on child safety and volunteer enrollment. Additional experience includes working as a Behavior Interventionist, advocating for individuals during medical appointments as a Direct Service Aide, and coordinating educational programming through Associated Students, Inc. Bailey holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development with a concentration in Health Services from California State University San Marcos.
