Anallely Luna Hernandez currently serves as a Human Resources Technician at the San Diego Housing Commission, recognized for its innovative housing programs for low-income individuals in San Diego. Anallely has a strong background in human resources, demonstrated through roles such as Human Resources Intern and Co-Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Women in Business at UC San Diego. Previous experiences include serving as a Diversity Human Resources Summiteer at Capital One, an Assistant General Manager at Shōwa Hospitality, and a Food & Beverage Operations Intern at Delaware North. Anallely also founded the Student Advisory Board at Bayfront Charter High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology from UC San Diego, expected in June 2024.
